PROCESS & PRODUCT DESIGN

El equipo técnico de Fundición SAS SL te orientará a la hora de diseñar tu producto, trabajando en conjunto contigo para verificar cada detalle y definir sus dimensiones, forma, espesor, rugosidad, etc.

También ofrecemos la opción de utilizar un modelo 3D o boceto facilitado por el cliente como referencia a la hora de continuar con el desarrollo.

PROCESS & PRODUCT DESIGN

The Fundición SAS S.L. technical team will guide you during the design process of your product, working together to verify every detail and define its dimensions, shape, thickness, roughness, etc.

Additionally, we offer the option to employ a 3D model or sketch provided by the client as a reference that will be used in the subsequent development.

MOLD & MODEL MANUFACTURE

Esta etapa del proyecto es fundamental para proceder a la fabricación, ya que en base a las necesidades de la futura producción y su volumen, será necesario trabajar con un molde más resistente, nivel de mantenimiento, complejidad geométrica y otros detalles técnicos.

Subsequently, we will proceed to manufacture a plaster or sand model to carry out the first production and quality tests.

MOLD & MODEL MANUFACTURE

This stage of the project is essential to proceed to successfully manufacturing. Due to volume and needs of the future production it will be necessary to define the mold's resistance, maintenance level, geometric complexity and other technical details.

Subsequently, we will proceed to manufacture a plaster or sand model to carry out the first production and quality tests.

En Fundición SAS S.L. contamos con una infraestructura de almacenaje de más de 1000m2 capaz de proveer existencias de stock y acoger grandes producciones, lo que flexibiliza la manufactura de cualquier pedido sea cual sea su dimensión.

A nivel de transporte trabajamos tanto nacional como internacionalmente, siendo expertos en este tipo de envíos a países y regiones de cualquier continente.

LOGISTICS & TRANSPORT

In Fundición SAS S.L. we have a storage infrastructure of more than 1000m2 capable of accommodating and supplying stock to large productions, which makes it easier to manufacture any order whatever its size.

Our transport department works both nationally and internationally, being experts in this type of shipments to countries and regions on any continent.
